- 1/2 cup finely chopped and seeded tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- 1 medium jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
- 4 1/2 teaspoons minced fresh cilantro
- 1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
- Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
- Combine cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, parsley, jalapeno, cilantro, and garlic in a bowl.
- In another bowl whisk together sour cream, lemon juice, lime juice, cumin, and seasoned salt.
- Pour dressing over cucumber mixture and stir well.
- Chill for 15 minutes before serving.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
