Ingredients
6 cups russet potatoes, peeled and cubed

Instructions
Prep the potatoes: Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes.
Cook the bacon: Fry the bacon until crispy, drain, and crumble. Set aside.
Slow cook base: In the crock pot, combine cubed potatoes, chicken broth, and ranch seasoning. Stir well.
Cook: Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until potatoes are tender.
Add final ingredients: Stir in bacon (reserve some for topping), shredded cheese, and cream. Mash a few potatoes if a thicker consistency is desired.
