Description

Tender slow-cooked chicken thighs coated in a rich honey garlic sauce.


Ingredients

6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

4 garlic cloves, minced

1/3 cup honey

1/2 cup low-sodium ketchup

1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce

1/2 tsp dried oregano

2 tbsp fresh parsley

1/2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds


Instructions

1. Arrange chicken thighs in the crockpot.

2. Mix garlic, honey, ketchup, soy sauce, oregano, and parsley.

3. Pour over chicken and cook 4–5 hours on LOW or 3–4 hours on HIGH.

4. Thicken sauce with cornstarch slurry if desired.

5. Serve topped with sesame seeds and sauce.

Notes

Use bone-in or boneless chicken. Ensure internal temp of 165°F. Add cornstarch slurry to thicken sauce.
