680 g (1.5 lbs) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
5 g (1 tsp) garlic powder
5 g (1 tsp) onion powder
1 g (½ tsp) black pepper
1 g (½ tsp) salt
480 ml (2 cups) chicken broth
100 g (1 cup) grated Parmesan cheese
225 g (8 oz) cream cheese, cubed and softened
15 g (1 tbsp) minced garlic
340 g (12 oz) pasta (penne, rotini, or your favorite)
120 ml (½ cup) heavy cream or half-and-half
Optional: chopped parsley or extra Parmesan for garnish
Instructions
Place chicken breasts in the crockpot. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Add chicken broth, Parmesan, cream cheese, and minced garlic.
Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours (or high for 2–3 hours) until chicken is tender.
Shred chicken in the crockpot and stir until combined into a creamy sauce.
Cook pasta separately according to package instructions, then drain.
Add cooked pasta and heavy cream to the crockpot. Stir well to coat.
Serve hot, garnished with parsley or extra Parmesan if desired.
Notes
Freshly grated Parmesan melts better and tastes richer.
Add cooked spinach, broccoli, or peas for extra veggies.
Reheat with a splash of cream or broth to refresh the sauce.
Can be frozen; thaw and warm gently for best texture.
