This Crockpot Peach Butter is rich, smooth, and full of fresh peach flavor with warm cinnamon and spices. Made with just six simple ingredients, it’s perfect for spreading on toast, biscuits, pancakes, or using in your favorite desserts.

- 15 ripe peaches
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
- 4 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
- Blanch peaches for 1 minute.
- Transfer peaches to ice water for 2 minutes.
- Peel the skins and remove pits.
- Blend peaches until completely smooth.
- Pour peach puree into the slow cooker.
- Stir in lemon juice.
- Add cinnamon, cloves, allspice, and sugar.
- Cook on LOW for 5 to 7 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Crack the lid slightly after 5 hours if additional thickening is needed.
- Once thickened, ladle into sterilized jars or storage containers.
- Process jars in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes if canning.
- Cool completely before storing.

- Refrigerate up to 2 weeks.
- Freeze up to 4 months.
- Properly canned jars keep up to 1 year.
