- ¼ cup (50g) granulated sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
For the Rolls:
- 1 can (8 oz / 226g) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon

Prepare the Filling:
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Assemble the Crescent Rolls:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the cheesecake filling onto the wide end of each triangle.
- Gently roll the dough from the wide end to the narrow tip, enclosing the filling.
- Place the rolled crescents seam-side down on the baking sheet.

- Brush each crescent roll with melted butter.
- In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle it over the rolls.
