  • 1/2 cup (50g) unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 can (400g) sweetened condensed milk

  • 1/2 cup (120g) softened butter

  • 1 cup (90g) desiccated coconut (for rolling)


Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix the crushed biscuits or oats and cocoa powder.

  • Add the butter and condensed milk. Stir until everything is combined and the dough is thick and sticky.

  • Roll the dough into small balls, about the size of a walnut.

  • Place the desiccated coconut on a plate and roll each ball in the coconut until fully covered.

  • Refrigerate the balls for 15-20 minutes to firm them up.
