8 large eggs
2 cups milk
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup maple syrup (optional)
Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Grease 9×13 inch baking dish.
3. Cut bread into 1-inch cubes and arrange in dish.
