- 6 ounces peach gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 cups ice water
- 4 cups fresh peaches peeled and diced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly butter a 9×13-inch pan.
- Mix crushed pretzels, ¾ cup sugar, and melted butter together until combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the pan.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes and cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese, remaining sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in Cool Whip gently until fully combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust and seal the edges.
- Whisk peach gelatin into boiling water until dissolved.
- Stir in ice water and diced peaches.
- Refrigerate the gelatin mixture for 15 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Pour the peach layer carefully over the cream cheese layer.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours until fully set before slicing and serving.

- Crush the pretzels evenly for the best crust texture.
- Spread the cream cheese layer completely to the edges to prevent sogginess.
- Add peaches immediately to the gelatin mixture to help preserve color.
