Description

Easy pulled chicken made in a crockpot with BBQ sauce for tender, juicy, flavorful results perfect for sandwiches or meals.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 1/4 cups barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Trim and season chicken with salt pepper garlic powder and onion powder
  2. Whisk barbecue sauce Italian dressing Worcestershire sauce and brown sugar
  3. Place chicken in slow cooker and pour sauce over
  4. Cook on high for 2.5 to 3 hours or low for 5 to 6 hours
  5. Check internal temperature reaches 165 degrees
  6. Shred chicken with forks and mix with sauce
  7. Serve as desired
