Instructions
- Rinse the rice until the water runs clear and cook according to package directions with water or broth and salt.
- Mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, sesame oil, and rice vinegar in a bowl.
- Cut salmon into cubes and marinate for 10 minutes.
- Prepare cucumber, carrots, green onions, and avocado.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook salmon for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden and flaky.
- Whisk mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, lime juice, and sesame oil together for the sauce.
- Fill bowls with rice and top with salmon, vegetables, sauce, and sesame seeds.
