- 15 jumbo shrimp peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp extra virgin Spanish olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 4 slices lemon cut in half
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley finely minced

- smoked paprika
- crunchy baguette to serve
Instructions
- Thinly slice garlic, cut lemon slices in half, mince parsley, and measure the white wine.
- Season the shrimp with sea salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced garlic and cook briefly until fragrant.
- Add shrimp seasoned side down and cook for 1 minute.
- Flip shrimp and add white wine, lemon slices, and half the parsley.
- Shake the pan gently and cook for another 1½ minutes until shrimp are pink.
- Transfer shrimp and sauce into a shallow serving bowl.
- Garnish with remaining parsley and serve with crunchy bread.
