Instructions
- Thaw the frozen peas in a colander under cold running water until no ice remains, then drain well.
- Whisk the mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until smooth.
- Add the peas, cheddar cheese, red onion, and bacon bits to the bowl.
