Description

A creamy, spicy Fire Cracker Dip made with cheese, jalapeños, and seasoning for the perfect party appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 packet Italian dressing mix
  • 4 oz chopped green chilies
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup green onions chopped
  • 1/4 cup pickled jalapeños chopped
  • crackers for serving

Instructions

  1. Soften cream cheese
  2. Beat cream cheese with mayonnaise until smooth
  3. Mix in ranch and Italian seasoning
  4. Add green chilies and stir
  5. Add shredded cheeses and mix
  6. Fold in green onions and jalapeños
  7. Chill for 2 hours before serving
