Description

Soft and chewy Fireworks Blondies loaded with patriotic M&Ms and festive sprinkles for the perfect summer dessert bar.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups packed brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups red, white, and blue M&Ms
  • ½ cup patriotic sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9×13-inch pan with foil and cooking spray.
  2. Beat butter and brown sugar until crumbly.
  3. Mix in eggs and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Add salt, baking powder, and flour until combined.
  5. Fold in M&Ms and sprinkles.
  6. Spread dough evenly into prepared pan.
  7. Top with extra M&Ms if desired.
  8. Bake for 22 to 25 minutes until lightly golden.
  9. Cool completely before slicing into bars.
