These cheeseburger flatbreads are a fun twist on a classic cheeseburger, with seasoned ground beef, melted cheese, and traditional toppings baked on crispy flatbreads.

- 2 stone-fired flatbreads
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 slices American cheese
- 2 Roma tomatoes, sliced 1/2-inch thick
- 2 pickles, thinly sliced
- 1 lb whole milk mozzarella cheese, freshly grated
- Ketchup, for drizzling
- Mustard, for drizzling
- Garlic aioli, for garnish
- Baby arugula, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Brush melted butter around the edges of the flatbreads and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Place flatbreads on baking sheets and bake for 10 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Season beef with salt and pepper and drain excess grease.
- Add American cheese slices to the beef and stir until melted.
- Drizzle ketchup and mustard over the par-baked flatbreads.
- Top with mozzarella cheese, cooked beef, tomato slices, and pickle slices.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly and crust is golden.
- Garnish with garlic aioli and baby arugula, slice, and serve.
