Description
Rich, fudgy Flourless Black Bean Brownie Bites made with black beans, cocoa, oats, maple syrup, and chocolate chips. Perfect for dessert or a healthy snack.
Ingredients

- 2 tbsp regular cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp Dutch-process cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup rolled oats or 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup, honey, or agave
- 1/4 cup oil, almond butter, or peanut butter
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a mini muffin pan.
- Add all ingredients except chocolate chips to a food processor.
- Blend until completely smooth.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Divide batter evenly into prepared muffin pan.
- Top with extra chocolate chips if desired.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Cool in pan for at least 10 minutes.
- Remove carefully and serve.
Notes
- Rinse canned black beans well.
- Do not overbake.
- Store refrigerated for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
