Ingredients
Scale
- 3 medium bananas, peeled and cut in half crosswise
- 1 1/2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles
- 6 popsicle sticks
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Peel the bananas and cut each banana in half crosswise to make 6 pieces.
- Insert one popsicle stick into the cut end of each banana half.
- Add the vanilla Greek yogurt to a bowl and stir until smooth and creamy.
- Dip each banana pop into the yogurt, turning until fully coated.
- Place each coated banana pop on the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle rainbow sprinkles generously over the yogurt coating.
- Freeze for 2 hours, or until the yogurt coating turns firm.
- Serve straight from the freezer and enjoy.
Notes
- Use ripe but firm bananas for the best flavor and texture.
- Greek yogurt works best because it creates a thicker coating than regular yogurt.
- Store frozen pops in a freezer-safe container with parchment paper between layers for up to 2 weeks.
- Let pops sit at room temperature for 2 minutes before serving to young kids.
