Description

Fresh fruit salsa with peaches, mango, kiwi, strawberries, basil, and cinnamon sugar chips.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 peaches peeled and diced
  • 1 mango peeled cored and diced
  • 4 kiwis peeled and diced
  • 16 oz strawberries hulled and diced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons chopped basil
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 10 tortillas
  • Cooking spray or melted butter

Instructions

  1. Dice fruit and place in bowl
  2. Mix lemon juice and honey
  3. Pour over fruit and chill
  4. Mix cinnamon and sugar
  5. Coat tortillas and sprinkle sugar mixture
  6. Cut tortillas into wedges
  7. Bake at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes flipping halfway
  8. Stir basil into salsa and serve

Notes

  1. Chips crisp as they cool
  2. Store salsa up to 3 days
  3. Store chips up to 1 week
  4. Drain excess liquid before serving
