Description

Garlic Bread Grilled Cheese is a quick 15-minute comfort food featuring crispy garlic butter bread and gooey melted mozzarella and cheddar cheese.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 4 slices bread (white or sourdough)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend

Instructions

  1. Mix softened butter, garlic powder, and parsley until smooth
  2. Spread garlic butter on one side of each slice of bread
  3. Place two slices butter-side down in a skillet
  4. Add half the cheese to each slice
  5. Top with remaining bread slices butter-side up
  6. Cook on low heat for 4 to 5 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted
  7. Remove from pan, slice, and serve hot

Notes

  1. Cook on low heat to avoid burning the bread
  2. Press gently with a spatula for even crisping
  3. Grate fresh cheese for better melting
  4. Serve immediately for best texture and flavor
