Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb (450g) ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup (100g) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (8 oz/226g) crescent roll dough
  • 2 tbsp (28g) butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cook the beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat, then season with salt, pepper, and onion powder. Set aside.

  • Roll out the crescent dough, separating it into triangles. Brush each with garlic butter.
  • Assemble the rollups by adding a spoonful of ground beef, a sprinkle of bacon, and cheddar cheese to each dough triangle.
  • Roll them up tightly and place them on the baking sheet. Brush the tops with more garlic butter.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
