- 1 lb (450g) ground beef
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup (100g) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (8 oz/226g) crescent roll dough
- 2 tbsp (28g) butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook the beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat, then season with salt, pepper, and onion powder. Set aside.
- Prepare the garlic butter by mixing melted butter with minced garlic.
- Roll out the crescent dough, separating it into triangles. Brush each with garlic butter.
- Assemble the rollups by adding a spoonful of ground beef, a sprinkle of bacon, and cheddar cheese to each dough triangle.
- Roll them up tightly and place them on the baking sheet. Brush the tops with more garlic butter.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm with dipping sauces like ranch, ketchup, or BBQ sauce.
