Description
Garlic Butter Cheeseburger Rollups combine seasoned beef, melted cheddar and mozzarella cheese, and rich garlic butter wrapped in tortillas and baked until golden and crispy.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional sliced pickles for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook ground beef until browned about 7 to 8 minutes
- Add Worcestershire sauce onion powder garlic powder smoked paprika salt and pepper then mix well
- Remove beef from heat and allow it to cool slightly
- Mix melted butter with minced garlic in a small bowl
- Lay tortillas flat and spread beef mixture evenly over each tortilla
- Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the beef mixture
- Roll tortillas tightly and place seam side down on the baking sheet
- Brush tops with garlic butter
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden and cheese melts
- Let cool slightly slice if desired and serve warm
Notes
- Use ground beef with around 20 percent fat for juicy results
- Avoid overfilling tortillas to prevent leaking
- Fresh garlic gives stronger flavor than pre-minced garlic
- Serve with pickles or dipping sauces for extra taste
