Ingredients

- 1 lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or New York strip), cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 medium zucchini, cut into half-moons
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped, optional for garnish
Instructions
- Pat the steak bites dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
- Add steak bites in a single layer and sear for 1–2 minutes per side until browned
- Remove steak from skillet and set aside
- Add butter to the skillet and let it melt
- Add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant
- Add zucchini and cook for 3–5 minutes stirring occasionally until tender-crisp
- Return steak bites to the skillet and toss everything with the garlic butter
- Cook another 1–2 minutes until the steak is heated through
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately
Notes
- You can substitute zucchini with vegetables like bell peppers or broccoli florets
- Adjust garlic quantity according to preference
- Make sure the skillet is hot before adding steak to achieve a good sear
