Description

Juicy ribeye steaks seared in garlic butter and finished with a smooth Parmesan cream sauce for a rich, satisfying dinner.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ribeye steaks (8 ounces each)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Season steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and melt 2 tablespoons butter.
  3. Add steaks and cook 4 to 5 minutes on one side.
  4. Flip steaks, add remaining butter and garlic, and cook 4 to 5 minutes more.
  5. Remove steaks and let rest.
  6. Lower heat, add cream to skillet, and whisk to loosen browned bits.
  7. Add Parmesan and whisk until sauce thickens.
  8. Slice steaks, serve with sauce, and garnish with parsley.

Notes

  1. You can substitute ribeye with sirloin or filet mignon.
  2. Adjust garlic to taste.
  3. Serve with vegetables or mashed potatoes.
