Ingredients

Scale

For the Filling:

  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced pickles (optional)

For the Dough:

  • 1 can (8-count) refrigerated biscuit dough or crescent roll dough
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

For the Garlic Parmesan Coating:

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven & Prepare Pan: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce until browned. Drain excess grease and let cool slightly.
  • Assemble the Bombs: Flatten each biscuit or crescent dough piece into a circle. Add a spoonful of beef mixture, a sprinkle of cheddar cheese, and diced pickles if using. Place a pinch of mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Seal & Shape: Fold the dough around the filling, pinching the edges to seal it, and roll it into a smooth ball.
  • Garlic Parmesan Coating: Mix melted butter with minced garlic. Brush each dough ball with the garlic butter mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and dried parsley.
  • Bake: Place on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Serve & Enjoy: Let cool slightly and serve warm with ketchup, mustard, or burger sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • For a crispier crust, air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes.
  • Add jalapeños for a spicy kick!
  • Can be made ahead—just assemble, refrigerate, and bake when ready.
