Description
A quick garlic ramen stir fry with sweet and spicy flavor made from simple pantry ingredients and ready in about 10 minutes in one pan.
Ingredients

- 1 pack instant ramen noodles
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- Everything bagel seasoning to taste
Instructions
- Cook and drain the ramen noodles according to the package instructions then set aside
- Melt butter in a pan over medium heat
- Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes and sauté for about one minute until fragrant
- Stir in soy sauce and brown sugar to create the sauce
- Add the cooked ramen noodles to the pan and toss until well coated
- Push the noodles to one side of the pan and increase heat slightly
- Crack the egg into the empty side of the pan and scramble until fully cooked
- Mix the scrambled egg into the noodles
- Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top and serve immediately
Notes
- Discard or save the seasoning packet that comes with the ramen for another recipe
- Add an extra egg or vegetables like broccoli carrots mushrooms onions or bell peppers to stretch the meal
- You can also add leftover chicken or shrimp for extra protein
- For a kid friendly version leave out the red pepper flakes
