- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch ground nutmeg
- Pinch sea salt
- 3/4 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup gluten-free rolled oats
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup

- 1/3 cup coconut oil, softened or melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease an 8-inch or 9-inch baking dish.
- Combine all crumble topping ingredients in a bowl and stir well.
- Refrigerate the crumble topping for 5 minutes.
- Add sliced peaches and filling ingredients to a large bowl and toss well.
- Transfer peach filling to the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle crumble topping evenly over the peaches.
- Bake for 40 to 50 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
- Cool for 15 minutes before serving.

- Use fresh ripe peaches for the best flavor.
- Frozen peaches should be thawed and drained first.
