Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease baking dish
- Mix rhubarb with sugar, flour, and cinnamon
- Spread mixture into baking dish
- Combine topping ingredients until crumbly
- Sprinkle topping over rhubarb
- Bake for 35 minutes until golden brown
