Description

Greek Salsa is a light and fresh Mediterranean dip with tomatoes, cucumber, olives, feta, oregano, olive oil, and lemon.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1¼ cups Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 1 cup seedless cucumber, diced
  • ⅓ cup red onion, chopped
  • ¾ cup Kalamata olives, chopped
  • ½ cup feta cheese
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons fresh oregano
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Juice of ½ lemon

Instructions

  1. Prepare and chop all ingredients.
  2. Combine everything in a large bowl.
  3. Mix until evenly combined.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning.
  5. Refrigerate until serving.

Notes

  1. Store refrigerated up to 3 days.
  2. Serve with pita chips or tortilla chips.
