Description

These Grilled Peaches with Cinnamon and Brown Sugar are a quick and easy summer dessert featuring juicy peaches caramelized with butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Serve warm with yogurt, vanilla ice cream, or caramel syrup.


Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 peaches, halved and pits removed
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
  • Optional: yogurt
  • Optional: vanilla ice cream
  • Optional: caramel syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium heat.
  2. Mix the brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  3. Brush the cut sides of the peaches with melted butter.
  4. Place peaches cut side down on the grill.
  5. Cook for about 3 minutes until grill marks appear.
  6. Flip the peaches over.
  7. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the peaches.
  8. Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes until caramelized.
  9. Remove from the grill.
  10. Serve immediately with desired toppings.
