Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat
- Cut potatoes in half and place in a large bowl
- Add olive oil, garlic powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper
- Toss until evenly coated
- Divide potatoes evenly onto four foil sheets
- Seal foil packets tightly
- Place on grill and cook for 20 to 30 minutes turning once
- Check doneness with a fork
- Remove from grill and carefully open packets
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve
