Description

This Ground Beef Stroganoff is an easy 30-minute dinner with creamy mushroom sauce and egg noodles.

Ingredients

Scale

1 tablespoon oil

1 pound lean ground beef

½ medium onion, diced

1 tablespoon minced garlic

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1½ cups beef broth

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

½ cup sour cream

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon salt

1 (12 oz) package egg noodles

Instructions

1. Heat oil in a large pot.

2. Add beef and onions; cook until brown.

3. Add garlic; stir 30 seconds.

4. Mix in flour, then add broth, mushroom soup, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, and salt.

5. Simmer 4–5 minutes until thick.

6. Cook noodles separately; combine and serve.

Notes

For extra creaminess, add 2 oz cream cheese.

Use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream for a lighter option.
