Description

A creamy Hawaiian Fruit Salad made with tropical fruits, marshmallows, and a tangy orange base, perfect for potlucks and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 (30 oz) can fruit cocktail in juice, drained
  • 1 (20 oz) can pineapple chunks in juice, drained
  • 1 (8 oz) can mandarin orange slices, drained
  • 1 (10 oz) bag mini marshmallows
  • 1 (24 oz) container sour cream
  • 1 box orange flavored gelatin

Instructions

  1. Drain all fruit thoroughly and let dry
  2. Mix sour cream and orange gelatin until smooth
  3. Add fruit and marshmallows and stir gently
  4. Chill for at least 1 hour
  5. Stir before serving and serve cold
