Description

A spooky and delicious Halloween treat inspired by the classic “Hocus Pocus” movie! This vibrant, creamy milkshake is a magical blend of vanilla, white chocolate, and butterscotch, swirled with festive colors for a bewitching twist. Perfect for Halloween parties or a cozy movie night!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ¼ cup white chocolate liqueur (optional)
  • ¼ cup butterscotch schnapps (optional)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Purple, green, and orange food coloring
  • Whipped cream (for topping)
  • Halloween sprinkles (for garnish)

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine vanilla ice cream, whole milk, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  • If making an adult version, add white chocolate liqueur and butterscotch schnapps. Blend again until fully mixed.
  • Divide the milkshake into three bowls. Add a few drops of purple food coloring to one, green to another, and orange to the last. Stir gently to mix the colors.
  • Layer the colors in a tall glass or swirl them together for a fun marbled effect.
  • Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with Halloween-themed decorations. Serve immediately and enjoy the spooky magic!

Notes

1️⃣ Kid-Friendly Option – Skip the alcohol and replace it with butterscotch or vanilla syrup for a delicious, non-alcoholic version that everyone can enjoy!

2️⃣ Swirl Effect Tip – For a fun marbled look, gently swirl the colored layers with a straw or spoon instead of fully mixing them together.

3️⃣ Dairy-Free Alternative – Use dairy-free vanilla ice cream and almond or oat milk for a lactose-free version without compromising on creaminess!
