Description

This Homemade No-Bake Twix Cheesecake is a decadent dessert inspired by the classic candy bar. With a buttery cookie crust, creamy caramel cheesecake filling, and a rich chocolate ganache topping, this easy-to-make cheesecake requires no oven—just chill and enjoy!

Ingredients

Scale

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups crushed shortbread cookies or graham crackers

  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar (optional)

For the Cheesecake Filling:

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

For the Topping:

  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

  • Chopped Twix bars (for garnish)

  • Extra caramel sauce (for drizzle)

Instructions

  • Make the crust: In a medium bowl, mix crushed cookies with melted butter (and sugar if using). Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill in the fridge for 15–20 minutes.

  • Prepare the filling: Beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and caramel sauce until smooth and creamy.

  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold it into the cheesecake mixture.

  • Spread the filling evenly over the chilled crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.

  • Make the ganache topping: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and heavy cream. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth. Let it cool slightly.

  • Pour ganache over the cheesecake and spread evenly.

  • Top with chopped Twix bars and drizzle with caramel sauce.

  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until fully set.

  • Slice and serve chilled!

Notes

  • Use a springform pan for easy removal and clean slices.

  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 5 days.

  • You can use store-bought or homemade caramel sauce.

  • Add a pinch of sea salt on top for a sweet-salty twist!
