Description

These Homemade Peach Gummies are soft, chewy, and made with real peaches, orange juice, honey, and gelatin for a naturally fruity treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon gelatin
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Optional granulated sweetener for coating

Instructions

  1. Add the peaches and orange juice to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a saucepan.
  3. Stir in the honey until combined.
  4. Sprinkle gelatin over the peach mixture and let sit for 2 minutes.
  5. Heat over low heat for 3 to 4 minutes until smooth and fully liquid.
  6. Transfer the liquid into gummy molds using a dropper.
  7. Refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours until fully set.
  8. Remove gummies from molds and coat with optional sweetener if desired.
  9. Store in the refrigerator.

Notes

  1. Use ripe peaches for the best flavor.
  2. Do not overheat the gelatin mixture.
  3. Silicone molds work best for easy removal.
  4. Sweetener coating may soften during refrigeration.
