These Homemade Peach Gummies are soft, chewy, and made with real peaches, orange juice, honey, and gelatin for a naturally fruity treat.

- 1 pound peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon gelatin
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Optional granulated sweetener for coating
Instructions
- Add the peaches and orange juice to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a saucepan.
- Stir in the honey until combined.
- Sprinkle gelatin over the peach mixture and let sit for 2 minutes.
- Heat over low heat for 3 to 4 minutes until smooth and fully liquid.
- Transfer the liquid into gummy molds using a dropper.
- Refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours until fully set.
- Remove gummies from molds and coat with optional sweetener if desired.
- Store in the refrigerator.
Notes
- Use ripe peaches for the best flavor.
- Do not overheat the gelatin mixture.
- Silicone molds work best for easy removal.
- Sweetener coating may soften during refrigeration.
