Description

Homemade cheesy pizza pockets with a crispy golden crust and gooey mozzarella filling, perfect for a quick snack or easy lunch.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough or pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • Optional add-ins: mushrooms, bell peppers, or sausage
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Olive oil or melted butter for brushing
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
  2. Roll out the dough and cut into rectangles
  3. Spread pizza sauce evenly over each rectangle
  4. Add mozzarella cheese and desired toppings
  5. Fold dough over filling and seal edges tightly
  6. Brush tops with olive oil or melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan
  7. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown
  8. Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping
