Description

A bold Honey Hot Chicken Salad made with fresh romaine, crisp vegetables, and spicy sweet chicken tossed in honey garlic and hot sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
  • 1/4 cup honey garlic sauce
  • 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce or hot sauce
  • 2 heads romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 36 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • 1/2 medium red onion, diced
  • 1 large red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 large cucumber, diced
  • Shredded cheese, optional

Instructions

  1. Dice the cooked chicken and place it in a bowl with honey garlic sauce and hot sauce, then toss to coat.
  2. Toss chopped romaine lettuce with dressing in a large bowl.
  3. Divide salad into bowls and top with vegetables, optional cheese, and honey hot chicken.
  4. Serve immediately.
