Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
1 cup chopped lettuce (iceberg or romaine)
1 cup diced Roma or plum tomatoes, seeds removed
1/2 cup crumbled bacon (cooked and crispy)
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
2 tablespoons chopped green onions (optional)
Fresh parsley or chives for garnish (optional)
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Add garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika, then mix well.
Spread the creamy mixture into a shallow dish or serving bowl.
Layer chopped lettuce evenly over the cream base.
Add diced tomatoes on top of the lettuce.
Sprinkle crumbled bacon and optional cheese on top.
Garnish with fresh green onions and herbs, if desired.
Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Serve with crackers, pita chips, or veggie sticks.
Notes
For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream and mayonnaise.
Turkey bacon can be used as a substitute for regular bacon.
You can prepare the dip up to 24 hours in advance for deeper flavor.
If you want a spicy kick, add chili flakes or a dash of hot sauce.
