Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • Zest of 2 lemons
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine heavy cream and sugar in a medium saucepan.
  2. Heat over medium heat and stir until sugar dissolves completely.
  3. Bring to a gentle simmer without boiling.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in lemon zest and lemon juice.
  5. Allow mixture to cool for 10 minutes.
  6. Pour into serving glasses or ramekins.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
  8. Garnish with fresh berries and mint before serving.
