Ingredients

  • 32 oz frozen tater tots
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet
  2. Spread tater tots evenly on the baking sheet
  3. Bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway
  4. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese and chicken
  5. Return to oven until cheese melts
  6. Top with beans, vegetables, sour cream, and cilantro
  7. Serve hot with lime wedges

Notes

  1. Do not overcrowd the pan
  2. Bake tots fully before adding cheese
  3. Reheat leftovers in oven or air fryer
