Description

Creamy, no-bake Mini Kinder Bueno Cheesecakes made with chocolate, hazelnut, and a crunchy cookie base. Perfect for parties or dessert catering ideas.


Ingredients

1.4 oz melted butter

6.3 oz chocolate chip cookies (crushed)

13.5 fl oz heavy cream (chilled)

7.1 oz cream cheese (softened)

2.5 oz powdered sugar (sifted)

3 oz Kinder chocolate bars

1.8 oz chopped hazelnuts

5.3 oz chocolate hazelnut spread

2 Kinder Bueno bars


Instructions

1. Crush cookies finely and mix with melted butter.

2. Divide mixture into dessert cups and press firmly.

3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and melted Kinder chocolate until smooth.

4. Whip heavy cream until firm peaks form.

5. Combine and pipe filling over cookie bases.

6. Chill 3–4 hours.

7. Top with hazelnut spread, chopped nuts, and Kinder Bueno pieces.

Notes

Use full-fat block cream cheese for best texture.

Avoid overwhipping cream to prevent grainy texture.

Melt chocolate slowly in short intervals.

Store covered in fridge up to 5 days or freeze up to 2 months.
