- 1 egg, beaten

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll puff pastry lightly and cut into six rectangles.
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread cream cheese mixture onto pastry rectangles leaving a border.
- Arrange sliced peaches on top of the filling.
- Brush pastry edges with beaten egg and sprinkle with coarse sugar.
- Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix honey, lemon juice, and cinnamon together.
- Drizzle glaze over warm tarts before serving.
