Description

Mint Oreo Bark is an easy no-bake holiday candy made with white chocolate, Oreo cookies, and mint extract. This four-ingredient treat sets quickly and breaks into perfect festive pieces for gifting or dessert trays.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 of a 15.5 oz package regular Oreos (about 20 cookies)
  • 24 oz white chocolate morsels
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon mint extract
  • Green food coloring

Instructions

  1. Break the Oreos into bite-size pieces and place in a bowl
  2. Melt the white chocolate morsels according to package directions
  3. Stir mint extract and green food coloring into melted chocolate
  4. Fold in the broken Oreos until evenly coated
  5. Pour mixture into a wax paper lined pan and spread evenly
  6. Freeze for about 2 hours until firm
  7. Break into pieces and serve

Notes

  1. Use gel food coloring to keep chocolate smooth
  2. Start with less mint extract and adjust to taste
