- 1/2 cup white onion, finely diced
- 2/3 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño pepper, diced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
- Wash and prepare all ingredients.
- Dice the tomatoes after removing seeds.
- Finely dice the onion and chop the cilantro.
- Dice the jalapeño to desired spice level.
- Combine tomatoes, onion, cilantro, and jalapeño in a bowl.
- Add lime juice and salt.
- Stir well to combine.
