Description

Monster Cookie Dip is a creamy, no-bake dessert dip featuring chocolate chips and M&M’s. Perfect for parties or family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces block of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
  • 1½ cups oats
  • ⅓ cup milk
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup M&M’s

Instructions

  1. Blend powdered sugar and cream cheese in a medium bowl until smooth.
  2. Add peanut butter, butter, oats, milk, brown sugar, vanilla, and salt. Mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips and M&M’s, reserving a handful for garnish.
  4. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
  5. Serve in a bowl topped with reserved chocolate chips and M&M’s.

Notes

  1. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  2. Do not freeze; can prepare a day ahead.
