Monster Energy Balls are chewy no-bake oat bites made with creamy peanut butter, honey, mini chocolate chips, and mini M&M’s. They make a quick after-school snack, morning pick-me-up, or easy meal prep treat.
Ingredients

- 2 cups old-fashioned oats
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup mini M&M’s
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons honey
Instructions
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, creamy peanut butter, mini M&M’s, mini chocolate chips, and honey. Mix well until the peanut butter and honey coat the oats evenly.
- Use a cookie scoop to portion the mixture onto the lined baking sheet.
- Use your hands to form each portion into a ball by passing the mixture back and forth while gently squeezing to compact the ingredients.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving, if desired.
Notes
- Store Monster Energy Balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
- For a firmer texture, chill the balls for 30 minutes before serving.
- If the mixture feels too dry, add a small spoonful of peanut butter. If it feels too sticky, add a few extra oats.
