Description

Monster Energy Balls are chewy no-bake oat bites made with creamy peanut butter, honey, mini chocolate chips, and mini M&M’s. They make a quick after-school snack, morning pick-me-up, or easy meal prep treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup mini M&M’s
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  1. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, creamy peanut butter, mini M&M’s, mini chocolate chips, and honey. Mix well until the peanut butter and honey coat the oats evenly.
  3. Use a cookie scoop to portion the mixture onto the lined baking sheet.
  4. Use your hands to form each portion into a ball by passing the mixture back and forth while gently squeezing to compact the ingredients.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving, if desired.

Notes

  1. Store Monster Energy Balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
  2. For a firmer texture, chill the balls for 30 minutes before serving.
  3. If the mixture feels too dry, add a small spoonful of peanut butter. If it feels too sticky, add a few extra oats.
