Ingredients
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers (optional)
- 1/2 cup spinach (optional)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix sour cream, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt until smooth.
- Stir in the cooked spaghetti, shredded chicken, bell peppers, and spinach (if using) into the sauce mixture.
- Transfer to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle Monterey Jack and Parmesan cheese evenly on top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven, garnish with parsley, and let cool slightly before serving.
