Description

These no-bake coconut cream balls are the ultimate quick and delicious treat! With a perfect balance of creamy coconut and natural sweetness, they’re ideal for snacks, parties, or gifting.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk (or coconut oil for a dairy-free option)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Optional coatings: extra shredded coconut, cocoa powder, or chopped nuts

Instructions

  • Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut and a pinch of salt. Stir well.
  • Add Wet Ingredients: Pour in condensed milk, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix until you get a sticky, cohesive dough.
  • Form the Balls: Roll the mixture into small, bite-sized balls using your hands. Aim for about 1 inch in diameter.
  • Coat (Optional): Roll the balls in extra shredded coconut, cocoa powder, or chopped nuts for added flavor and texture.
  • Chill: Place the coconut balls on a tray lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Serve & Enjoy: Once firm, serve immediately or store them in an airtight container in the fridge.

Notes

1️⃣ Ingredient Quality Matters:
Use unsweetened shredded coconut and high-quality sweeteners (like pure honey or maple syrup) for the best flavor. Avoid overly processed or low-quality ingredients, as they can affect both taste and texture.

2️⃣ Chilling is Key:
Allow the coconut balls to chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. This step helps them firm up, hold their shape, and enhances their texture.

3️⃣ Customization is Endless:
Feel free to experiment with add-ins like chopped nuts, dried fruits, or a dash of cocoa powder. You can also coat them in chocolate for a richer treat!
