Description

No-Bake Funfetti Cake Delight is a creamy, sprinkle-filled dessert with a buttery cookie crust. It’s light, fluffy, and full of funfetti flavor, perfect for celebrations or an easy treat anytime. No oven is needed—just mix, chill, and enjoy!

Ingredients

Scale
  • For the Crust:

    • 2 cups graham crackers or vanilla wafers, crushed

    • 6 tbsp butter, melted

  • For the Filling:

    • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

    • ½ cup powdered sugar

    • 8 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip or homemade)

    • ½ cup rainbow sprinkles (jimmies)

  • For Topping:

    • Extra whipped topping (optional)

    • More rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

  • Make the Crust:

    • Crush cookies into fine crumbs.

    • Mix with melted butter until well combined.

    • Press into a baking dish and chill for 15–20 minutes.

  • Prepare the Filling:

    • Beat softened cream cheese until smooth.

    • Mix in powdered sugar until fully combined.

    • Gently fold in whipped topping to keep the mixture light.

    • Stir in rainbow sprinkles carefully to avoid color bleeding.

  • Assemble the Dessert:

    • Spread the filling over the chilled crust evenly.

    • Add extra whipped topping and sprinkles on top if desired.

  • Chill and Serve:

    • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight is best).

    • Slice and serve it cold for the best texture.

Notes

  • Use jimmies (not nonpareils) to prevent color from bleeding.

  • For a lighter version, use low-fat cream cheese and sugar-free sprinkles.

  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
